I'm a personal trainer based in Central London. I train my clients at The Gym Group, Oxford Street. It's a fully-equipped and recently modernised gym based a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus underground station.

Abramo is an experienced instructor across the whole spectrum of training – from Pilates to Olympic weightlifting – and is currently studying for an advanced qualification in nutrition, (BSc, Human Nutrition).
